‍ ‍‍WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY

Women’s Bible study continues to meet Wednesday evenings at 6:30 for fellowship and then study at 7 at the Wonewoc campus.  The topic for the next 2 weeks is:  Time:  It’s a Gift - A Look at Time, God’s Time, Our Time, and Yes and No. 

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

Vacation Bible School is being held July 20—24 at the Wonewoc Campus.  The theme this year is Jungle Journey and the time will be from 6—7:30pm.  This is for pre-school age though grade 6.  There is a sign up sheet in back or use the QR code on the informational poster to take you directly to an online registration on our website.

CHANGE FOR LIFE

$4.011.42 was collected for the baby bottle Change for Life Program. The Change for Life Program supports the ministry of New Beginnings – A Home for Mothers, a WELS based ministry that helps single mothers pave the way to self-sufficiency in a Christ-centered home.

KIDS AND TECHNOLOGY PRESENTAION

Any interested parent or community member is invited to an informative presentation, on August 2 at Luther High in Onalaska on "How is technology impacting our children?" There is more information on a flyer in back.

HELP NEEDED FOR THE HILLSBORO CHARITY TRACTOR PULL

The Hillsboro Charity Tractor Pull is on Friday, August 14 and Saturday August 15 at the Hillsboro Fairgrounds.  Our church is selling ice cream Friday and Saturday evening. Set up and tear down will be taken care of, but WE NEED VOLUNTEERS for shifts to help in the food stands and selling concessions in the grandstand. There is a sign-up sheet in back or go to our church website to sign up. If you are working, you get a free pass into the grounds and get a chance to see the pulls too!

I want to thank all of you who took the time to praise and thank God with me for His goodness and grace in allowing me to serve in the full-time Gospel pastoral ministry for the past 25 years.  Thank you also for the wonderful meal, cards, gifts, and words of encouragement.  I have been so blessed to have this privilege of telling others of Jesus’ saving love and so blessed by the people God has allowed me to serve.  Thank you for your love and support in this Gospel partnership and for this celebration of God’s grace I will not forget.  Thank you again to all who made that day so special.
