QUARTERLY CONGREGATIONAL MEETING—MAY 3
Today (Sunday) we will hold our quarterly meeting. All members are encouraged to attend. Agenda items this quarter include the budget for the next fiscal year, membership changes, and church steeple project information.
DIVINE CALL RETURNED
Mrs. Stephanie Nocella has returned the call to be 4K & Kindergarten teacher at St. Paul’s Lutheran School. We thank her for her time in deliberation, and we ask God’s continued blessings on her ministry. We have requested the assignment of a graduate from Martin Luther College. MLC graduates receive their ministry assignments on May 16.
DIVINE CALL RECEIVED
Pastor Limpert has received a divine call to serve at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Two Rivers, WI. Please keep the Limperts in your prayers as he deliberates where the Lord would have him serve.
PIANO RECITAL
St. Paul’s piano students will be performing at their annual spring recital today, May 3, at Bethlehem Lutheran in Rockbridge. The time is 2:00pm. Family and friends are cordially invited to come and listen and celebrate the year’s hard work and accomplishment by these young musicians.
EVERYONE OUTREACH REGISTRATION
Registration is now open for the Everyone Outreach workshop on May 30. The goal of this program is to help us build a culture of outreach so that every ministry and every member is encouraged and equipped to reach the lost in our community. You can register on the sign-up page at church or by visiting stpaulhw.com/everyoneoutreach. The registration deadline is May 19, and registration is required to attend.
A WALK THROUGH THE BOOK OF REVELATION
Adult Bible class will be studying the book of Revelation for the next several weeks. The Book of Revelation was given for our comfort, and this study will help us see the confidence we have in Christ for this life and the life everlasting.
