Mission and Vision
The mission and vision of the Faithful Beginnings Early Childhood Center is to share God’s word with children and their families and provide a safe, warm, and caring environment for learning.
Educational Philosophy
Faithful Beginnings Early Childhood Center is the Early Childhood Ministry of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Hillsboro and Wonewoc. Faithful Beginnings exists to share the love of Jesus with children and their families as they care for the children enrolled in daycare and connect with their families. In addition to excellent physical and emotional care offered by our staff, children’s spiritual needs are also met through weekly Bible stories, pastor-led chapel times, and staff that seek to build up children with the love of God daily.

What is the opening date?
We are opening on Monday, March 2, 2026. We have a dedication service followed by an open house on Saturday, February 28, at 2:00 pm.
How much does it cost to send my child?
Tuition rates are listed on the last page of our parent handbook.
How do I register my child(ren)?
Please email director@stpaulhw.com or call 608-414-8305 to set up a registration meeting.
What hours will the center be open?
We will be open from 6:30 am until 5:30 pm.
Do you have any tuition assistance?
With state licensure, we will also apply to be recognized by the YoungStar program. By doing this, we will be eligible to accept payments from the Wisconsin Shares Child Care Subsidy Program.
