QUARTERLY VOTERS MEETING

The quarterly voters meeting will be held May 4 right after the 10:30am worship service at the Wonewoc Campus.  All members, voting and non-voting are encouraged to attend.

DIVINE CALLS

On Sunday, April 6, a call was extended to Elizabeth Eckert to teach 1st and 2nd grades.  Ms. Eckert is not currently a called worker but is working at a WELS school. 

On April 27th, the voters extended a divine call to Mr. Jeffrey Schultz to serve as the 5th–6th grade teacher. Mr. Schultz, currently retired and residing in Plymouth, MN, most recently served at Holy Trinity Lutheran Academy in New Hope, MN.

Please keep them both, as well as their families, in your prayers as they deliberate where the Lord would have them serve. Call status and contact information for called workers can be found at stpaulhw.com/calls. 

CALLS RETURNED

Dyllan and Elizabeth Jensen have returned the calls to teach 5th & 6th grade and Kindergarten. We thank them for their deliberation.  We have submitted a request to the Assignment Committee for graduates from Martin Luther College. The announcement of call assignments from MLC is May 17; we will know earlier that week whether we will be receiving teachers from this year’s candidates.

CHURCH CLEANERS

We are still in need of church cleaners for Wonewoc.  If you can help, especially during the summer months, please see the calendar/schedule that is posted on the bulletin board in the narthex and sign up.
